Explorer Series
We often begin our InterAction journey by learning to tactically use the CRM, and for many of us that’s as far as we get. But there may come a point where you want to go further. You may ask, how far can I go with reports? Or how can I take my data quality to the next level? The InterAction Explorer Series is an advanced set of tracks that offer seasoned users of InterAction the chance to dig deeper and span more broadly into a variety of topics that will elevate and synthesize your use and conceptual knowledge of InterAction.

Data Quality Module:
The Data Quality module in our Explorer Series tackles a variety of topics. From Managing Duplicates, to Company Association, hands-on, you will walk through a number of often over-looked topics and situations that will reveal best practices and recommendations to enhance your current data quality plan. Each class comes with a Quick Reference Sheet, including a recommended checklist to integrate into your data quality plan.

Managing Duplicates
Eliminating duplicates from InterAction should be a critical component of your overall data quality strategy. It creates confidence in the database and impacts many of the peripheral features and functionality of InterAction including reports, FDA rules, business development and other aspect of data quality. Developing a proactive, comprehensive approach to managing duplicates is the overall focus of this class. In this Explorer class, we will explore the different points at which you manage duplicates, the best practices for each approach, and how to incorporate those approaches into an overall Data Quality plan.

Company Association
Company Association is an integral component of InterAction. It can impact your ability to maintain folder population, generate correct and complete reports and run accurate searches, but more importantly, a lack of Company Association can impact the accuracy of updates that flow down to your End Users. In this Explorer class, we will explore different data quality options and approaches for cleaning up company association and discuss ways to incorporate these into your data quality plan.

Advanced Searching
Understanding the way searching can streamline and help to minimize your data quality efforts is key to optimizing the work you do. In this Explorer class, we will take a deeper dive into the complexities of using searches and FDA rules to support and automate Data Quality goals, as well as how those searches can assist your Marketing and Business Development teams in managing their data quality.

Managing Addresses, Phones and Emails (APEs)
Do your contacts have duplicate addresses or phones? Do your users sometimes complain that updated values aren’t reaching them? When you edit a company’s address or phone, is that value reaching the associated contacts? These are some of the advanced challenges, and often some of the most neglected data quality tasks of a power user when it comes to managing the quality of addresses, phones and electronic addresses (APEs) in InterAction. In this Explorer class, you will learn how to enhance your data quality plan by ensuring APE values are properly associated, duplicate-free and reaching your End Users.

Juris Suite Essentials of Report Editing

If you’re proficient in generating and analyzing Juris Suite reports, but you aren’t getting exactly the output you desire, this class is for you. Making edits to standard reports can open the door to many possibilities including format changes, addition of valuable content and removal of superfluous information. This live, instructor led, virtual session will cover actions needed to make edits to standard Juris Suite reports.

PCLaw

PCLaw – Contacts, Documents, and Calendar, Oh My!

This session will cover these types of questions and more as students learn the front office features of PCLaw, such as maintaining a contact list, keeping a calendar up to date, and storing documents, including emails, in the appropriate matter within PCLaw. After this session, participants will understand how to effectively use the front office of PCLaw and have an understanding of the following topic areas:
